Tenos staff and partners enjoyed a fantastic evening at the Children’s Burns Foundation Annual Snow Ball, held this year at the Imperial War Museum, Manchester.
The gala dinner, which took place in December, demonstrated the incredible generosity and kindness of the foundation’s supporters, raising £9,000 on the night.
The money raised will help fund a variety of projects supporting young people and their families affected by burn injuries treated under the care of the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.
Throughout the evening, the 150 guests joined in auctions and raffles winning some excellent prizes – all donated – to help boost the Children’s Burns Foundation’s fundraising efforts.
The highlight of the evening had to be the musical entertainment by Stephen Baylis who kept the dance floor full all night.
Tenos Director and Trustee of the Children’s Burns Foundation, Dominic Vallely said: “The gala ball has always been one of the highlights on the charity’s event calendar and once again, this year’s event did not disappoint.”
“To see so many people there on the evening enjoying themselves, seeing supporters of the foundation coming together to raise money, and knowing the charity that is benefiting – it makes us proud to be involved with such a wonderful and deserving cause.”
Well done to all those involved in organising this event. We’re already looking forward to this year’s gala ball!
