We are pleased to announce that, to coincide with the significant milestone of Tenos becoming a full EOT (100% owned by everyone working in the business) and provide for succession, the Tenos Board has agreed to appoint a new Managing Director.
Sam Greenwood (an existing Tenos Director) will take over the role from Adrian Hay who, after 27 years with the business, is looking to step back gradually over the next two years. The transition process will commence forthwith and Adrian and Sam will be working closely to deliver it in manner that supports the continued growth and development of our organisation.
Sam’s passion is to ensure that the business and those within it flourish, and he embodies the Tenos commitment to focus on safety and lead by professional example within our industry. Sam is supported by a hugely experienced Board and a talented team of engineers and support staff, committed through our employee owned trust to do the very best for each other and our valued clients.
These are very exciting times for Tenos and with our proven track record and strength in depth we are in great shape to guide the business to greater opportunity.
