Tenos continues to successfully retain and develop our accreditation’s to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management, ISO 14001: 2004 Environmental and OHSAS 18001: 2007 Safety Management System Standards.
At Tenos, we pride ourselves in providing expert fire engineering solutions that are independent, trusted and of the highest quality.
To ensure that our clients have complete confidence in the quality of our service, in 2011, Tenos applied for and was awarded certification to the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standard by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance. In 2012, Tenos were subsequently awarded certification to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental and OHSAS 18001:2007 Safety Management System Standards.
We fully recognise the need for continuous improvement and, since we were awarded the original certifications, we have pro-actively worked with our external auditors every six months to improve our certified processes and procedures.
We are therefore proud to announce that, following a comprehensive audit, we have been re-certified to ISO9001:2008 for a further three years and look forward to re-certification to our other standards next year.
Achieving continuing certification to these exacting standard means that Tenos can fully demonstrate to our clients a rigorously audited commitment to the highest level for our quality, environmental and safety procedures.
