Employee Owned Trust

 

Our Employee Owned Trust (EOT) benefits every employee of Tenos.  The primary goal of an EOT is to benefit the interest of all its members – our employees!  By the nature of how the Trust works, everyone will have the opportunity to be more involved in the achievement of Tenos’ success – so in essence the more employees put in, the more they’ll get out.

What’s more, when it’s bonus time, the Trust can pay up to £3600 per annum per member tax-free!  More of your hard earned cash in your pocket.

Double Matched Pension

 

Automatic enrolment into our pension scheme (unless you inform us otherwise).  Your contribution, up to 5% of your gross salary, will be double matched by us, offering you a total contribution of up to 15%. 

Above Average Holidays

 

A generous holiday allowance of 28 days per year as well as English bank holidays (pro-rata for part time employees).

Death-in-Service

 

A tax-free benefit from day one.  This will pay out four times your basic salary should you die during your employment with Tenos.

Income Protection

 

This policy covers you in case you are unable to work due to long term illness or injury, again this is a tax-free benefit and pays 75% of your salary until you can return to work, or retirement.

Professional Membership

 

We’ll pay your annual membership fee to the institute of your choice.

Travel Season Ticket Loans
